"Well done!" Sam was impressed.

"What you really mean, is how did I know the answer to that question?" Jack grinned, as he, Sam, Janet, and Teal'c, played a quiz at Janet's house.

Sam smiled.

"It was in one of Daniel's books I looked at..." Jack mused. "You didn't really think I'd remembered it from school, did ya?" He turned back from looking at the wall in front of him, and looked at Sam.

Sam patted Jack's hand, and held onto it for a moment. They all knew how Jack and Daniel felt about each other; Besides, Sam missed her friend, Daniel, terribly too, and yet, she couldn't help but still have feelings for Jack, even though she knew Jack could never return them, and even though she never wanted to betray her friendship with Daniel...
